Grizzly Bear: While You Wait For The Others 7"
7" single for one of the stand out tracks from Grizzly Bear's acclaimed LP Veckatimest. "While You Wait For The Others," is a nice jangly pop cut, with some seriously nice vocal harmonies that have become one of Grizzly Bear's hallmarks. The flip features another version of the song with none other than former Doobie Brother Michael McDonald taking lead vocal duties(!!!). McDonald's version might take some getting used to, but it's nice to hear his classic warble over the original instrumentation, especially when he really starts to belt it at the end. Plays at 45, recommended.
