Return Process

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
